The shophouse consists of commercial activity along with a residential unit as own income business. The site is located in George Town, Chennai.

 

The main objective is to design spaces with space constrain because of the wall-to-wall construction getting lighting into the site is a challenge with all aspects in mind a VR gaming center as a commercial outlet and a well ventilated and well-lit residential units were planned.
