Haut monde is an institutional building that involves government departments for urban developments and the Urban center of Excellence.The site is located at Alandur, Chennai near the kathipara flyover it was a transportation hub for Chennai.

The main objective is to establish a center for discussion and experimentation of prototypes before implementing this consists of a community space for common gathering for public and separate departments offices.
